Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of the application of Performance Electronic Systems (E-Performance) in improving employee discipline at the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sumatra Province through the perspective of Transformative Governance. The research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of informants consisting of structural officials, employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of South Sumatra Province, the Regional Civil Service Agency, and the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. Data analysis was carried out using the interactive model Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña which included data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The evaluation of the implementation of E-Performance was analyzed using the Context, Input, Process, and Product (CIPP) model. The results of the study show that the implementation of E-Performance has supported the improvement of employee discipline through a more measurable performance reporting system, increased compliance with working hours, and strengthened individual accountability. From the context aspect, the implementation has been supported by clear regulations and organizational goals.
